How to register for the festival
This is a two step process...

1)Register online (via PayPal) or by snail mail (with check or money order). Make sure that you provide contact information (whether registering online or by snail mail) that includes full name, email addresses and phone numbers.
Shortly after payment is received, YRARF personnel will confirm your registration and send you a registration document either by email (if registered online) or by snail mail (registration by mail; you can request subsequent contact by email by providing your email address on your registration form to speed up this process). 2)To complete your registration and to receive your Field Pass number you must return a signed copy of the festival document either by email (pdf) or by snail mail.
We will complete your registration and issue your field pass number in the chronological order of receipt of your signed festival registration document. If desired, you may then confirm registration by email/phone.

3)When you arrive at the festival, you will pick up a gift bag containing event tickets and other festival information.

4)In-person registration will also be open at the festival Wednesday evening (26 October, 7-9 PM) or Thursday morning (27 October, 8-10 AM). Those registering for the Festival Package at the festival will receive their Field Pass number at that time. Those already pre-registered can add field trips (depending on space) or other events that may be offered at a later date.
2011 IMPORTANT DATES:
* 21 October: last day to register for Gala, add-on receptions, and C. C. Lockwood Photo Workshop.
* 24 October: online registration closes.
* 26 October: last day we will accept by-mail registration.
