ATTENTION: Within seven (7) days after online payment is received, YRARF personnel will confirm your registration by email. At that time you will receive a registration document which includes a liability release to sign and return.  Your registration is complete when YRARF personnel have received the signed release document. Looking forward to seeing you at the festival!


You must be registered to attend the Yellow Rails and Rice Festival: absolutely no walk-ins.


Registration for festival packages will close on 1 October 2014 or when allocated field pass spaces are filled. Banding Workshop registration and post-festival field passes will remain open until full.


Cancellations must be received no later than 1 October 2014 for a full refund less 2.5% handling fee; by 15 October 2014 for a 50% refund.  No refunds after 15 October 2014.


Field trip registration and cancellation policy

All trips require that you will use your own transportation; carpooling may be possible, but is not guaranteed. Field trips will depart from the Hampton Inn & Suites parking lot (or as revised during the festival) or meet at the destination.  Above trips will not be canceled due to rain unless access roads are closed. Carefully read weather contingency plan. Refunds as per general policy or in the event of access/road cancellation. 


Space may be limited based on number of participants/leader. A trip may be canceled if advance registration does not meet a participant-threshold limit.
